Made in the A.M. !

Lets start with the most important topic... November 13th is the release date of 'Made in the A.M.' the fifth studio album by One Directionnnnnnn.
If you pre order it now, you can get the track 'Infinity'! Which is also available for streaming on Spotify!
I am so sorry I literally sound like a promoter... I mean I am... but I'm not...

Next, lets talk about this cover art...


They all look so classy its great. Their hair is literally shining with beauty LOL.  I don't know, but the whole theme is great. It really goes with what we've heard of and about the music so far.

Now to talk about Infinity. Its a slower song with great great greatttt lyrics.  Its like a really chill song like you could look out the window and listen to this or something idk. Its great.  I should have recorded my reaction, honestly. 

I'm super excited for the rest of the album!

EAT this!

I like food. I always have.  It tastes good and there is so much you can do with it. You can get creative with just about anything.
On the healthy food lane, there is also so, so much you can do with that bowl of lettuce, that dish of yogurt or what I will be sharing today, oats!

Granola is so easy and is so good!
There is many things you can make out of a cup of dry oats.  So right now I am going to share my recipes for what I have tried and come up with!


This right here, is the basic recipe I use. Below I include my favorite add-ins.




Here are three more of my recipes!


Cinnamon Raisin 


3/4 cup of quick oats


2-3 TBS. ground flax


2 TSP chia seed


1 TBS powdered peanut butter


3-4 TBS honey


1-2 TBS coconut oil


1/4 cup raisins


A few teaspoons of cinnamon 











Banana Walnut 

3/4 cup of quick oats


2-3 TBS. ground flax


2 TSP chia seed


1 TBS powdered peanut butter


3-4 TBS honey


1-2 TBS coconut oil


Some crumbled walnuts


Stir.


Slice Banana on top.









Chocolate 


3/4 cup of quick oats


2-3 TBS. ground flax


2 TSP chia seed


1 TBS powdered peanut butter


3-4 TBS honey


1-2 TBS coconut oil


2-3 TBS chocolate chips or cocoa powder


Microwave till chocolate and oil are melted. About 35 seconds.

 Stir and enjoy.

All of these recipes are super good and super healthy. I eat this typically between breakfast and lunch or the afternoon. Each ingredient has really great values.
Oats are good for your heart.
Flax is high in fatty acids and fiber!
Chia seed has fiber, iron calcium, Omega 3 and fatty acids.
Powder peanut butter is organic, less fat and much better for you in general.
Honey boosts immune system, good for your digestion, etc.
Coconut oil is good for digestion, metabolism, etc.

What is this anyways?

If you may or may not have guessed in the past two and one half years I've posted on this blog, more than anything this is full of random things.  Occasionally some photos from something I've done or somewhere I've been, a recipe, fandom rants, etc.
Something I don't put up here is things like, inspirational posts, self help, writing, educational type things, etc.
There may have been those few times where I have tried to do that and failed. But that's okay because this whole time I knew, and now I am confirming this is simply a lifestyle blog. Its like a vlog... a vlog can be filmed many ways and typically someone talking about their life, simply what they did that day.  Even taking their camera to the grocery store, getting ready to have guests over and more. You can't do all of that in words easily, but thats what I strive to do here.  Just a written down version of bits of my life I feel are worth sharing.
Realizing this post is more for myself than any viewers, I am really trying to just tell myself to try and make it really what I want it to be!



Right now I really am at that 2 and 1\2 year mark! Slowly growing over this period of time, trying to reach new goals with it, slowly working my way up! Someday I really want this to be that kind of super professional blog with photos that glow and topics that light up your mind and get inspired by just reading about someone's life, which is what I find all over the internet and what I want this to be someday!

August Faves | Hello September!

Hey guys!
Today is the first day of September!!! Can you believe it?!

So here are my favorites from last month!!


Song: Okay well this is quite difficult because to EP for Shes Kinda Hot came out and another song from 5SOS new album... and Halsey's new album titled 'BADLANDS' is out.  I RATE IT VERY HIGHLY BY THE WAY <3
But I'd have to say my faves off Halsey's album are Drive and Control and then Jet Black Heart by 5SOS, even though the EP is incredible too!!!

Thing I did:  1D obviously!  Its been exactly a week since I saw them and I still have to remind myself IT WAS REAL.

Outfit: Don't know the answer for a whole outfit but my favorite piece is my OTRA shirt from the concert :D

EOS: Oh umm whats the name of the dark pink one...
