Homemade Mocha and Mound Brownie bars

Hey guys sorry for my inconsistency on posting.
To be honest I kinda forgot.
But I want to share 2 lovely and so extremely simple recipes!!
First is a homemade mocha:-)

Just add 3 to 5 Tablespoons of cocoa mix to your cup of coffee.
Then add some vanilla creamer or as substitute, a little milk and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.
Stir together and voila!

Next we have super duper simple and crazily delicious Mound Brownie bars!
[Mounds are those Almond Joy candy bars without the almonds if you're wondering]

What you need to have ready is:

1 pan of boxed or homemade brownies. To make this even simpler I used box mix. But for the oil content in the mix, I used coconut oil. The mixture was a thicker but it baked just fine. However, I did not put it in for the whole baking time instructed by the package.

After the brownies are baked and slightly cool, you'll want to get out...
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 cups of coconut flakes

Stir those 2 ingredients together just so the coconut is covered with the sweetened condensed milk.
Spread the sticky mixture over the pan of brownies evenly.
Next you'll need 1 bag of chocolate chips. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil for a coconut-y flavor or just some butter for smoothness.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the last layer and spread so it is covered in chocolate. I put sprinkles on too! And then put in the refrigerator until you're ready to eat it:-)
Ta-da!

Hope you can enjoy these two simple recipes!

xxLizzie
